Now as to what makes TRH special is its attention to customer service.  I've been running for over 20 years and I know what shoes I like.  But when your favorite model undergoes some changes that you don't approve of, you can rely on the employees at TRH to steer you to an equivalent shoe.   If are completely new to running, I have watched as people have come in and said that their friend has such and such shoe, so they want to buy it.  But the employees will tell you it is not about buying what you neighbor owns, but it is about your individual needs.
